Q: When and how can I purchase the 2-year extended warranty?
A: If you are purchasing through our website, the extended warranty must be purchased at the same time as your air purifier. However, if you already bought an air purifier within the last 2 years, you are still eligible! Simply call our customer service team, and we will be happy to help you purchase the extended warranty over the phone.

Q: Can I cancel and refund the extended warranty if I change my mind?
A: Yes, the extended warranty is eligible for a full refund within 3 months of the warranty purchase date.

Q: What happens to my extended warranty if I return my air purifier?
A: If you return your air purifier within the standard return window, your extended warranty will be automatically refunded alongside the unit.

Extended Warranty Terms & Conditions

• Coverage Limitations: Only one Extended Warranty may be applied per air purifier unit. Purchasing multiple Extended Warranties for the same unit will not extend coverage beyond 2 additional years. Any additional Extended Warranty purchases beyond one per unit are non-transferable and do not provide additional benefits.
  
• Scope of Coverage: This extended warranty provides an additional 2 years of coverage immediately following the expiration of your original standard warranty. It is subject to the exact same terms, conditions, and limitations as the original manufacturer's warranty.
