- Download the appropriate form and complete to the best of your ability. If you need help completing the form please contact customer care by calling 888-866-8862.
- Place the form inside the color retail box for our inspection team.
- Return the package to our *Downey, CA return/service center. If you would like use our pre-paid shipping label service as outlined in the Authorization form then visit www.RabbitAir.com/prepaid.
