We're pleased to share that Rabbit Air now offers a payment option through our partnership with Flex, allowing you to use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to purchase an air purifier.
To use this option, you’ll first need to complete a consultation with a healthcare provider through Flex’s platform to assess your medical need for an air purifier, such as for allergies or respiratory conditions. If approved, the provider will issue a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN), which will be sent directly to you via email or through Flex’s secure portal.
How It Works

Shop any of our purifiers, including our award-winning A3 and MinusA2 models, and select “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA” under payment option during checkout.

Complete a 2-3 minute consultation and verify your eligibility in a text-based consultation.

Use your HSA/FSA card.

Flex will email you with a Letter of Medical Necessity for your records.
