By visiting our store, you are accepting the practices described below as well as our Terms and Conditions of Use. This Privacy Policy describes the information that we collect about our guests as well as the recipients of communications or purchases that we may be directed to transmit or deliver on behalf of our guests. This Privacy Policy also lays out why we collect such information, how we use it and when and to what extent we may share it with third parties. We know this looks like a long and boring document, but it's an important overview of how we manage the information that we send and receive. If we change our Privacy Policy, we will let you know by posting the new policy here or by communicating with you by e-mail or postal mail. The information we collect
There are two forms of Information that Rabbit Air collects online: Site Visitorship Information and Personally Identifiable Information voluntarily provided to Rabbit Air by Site visitors.

Site visitorship information
Rabbit Air routinely gathers Information on Site activity, such as data on how many people visit the Site, the pages they visit, where they come from, how long they stay, etc. Site Visitorship Information is:

• Collected on an aggregate, anonymous basis, which means no personally identifiable information is associated with this data
• Gathered through the use of web server logs and cookies. A web server log is a file where web site activity is stored. A cookie is a small piece of information that a web site sends to a visitor's computer and which is then stored on the visitor's hard drive. Rabbit Air uses cookies to track repeat visits to its site. Although Rabbit Air assigns a cookie to a visitor's computer, it does not know who that visitor is unless that person specifically tells us.
• Used to better design our Site and to share with advertisers to create targeted marketing

Personally Identifiable Information
Personally identifiable information is also collected on certain pages of the site or by contacting Rabbit Air. If you decide to contact Rabbit Air to ask a question, learn more about a product or register a recently purchased product, place an order for products or inquire about products you may already own, you will find that we will ask for certain types of personally identifiable information to assist us in complying with these requests.

• Rabbit Air may ask you to provide personally identifiable information, some optional, some required. The information requested may include your name, address, e-mail address, shipping information, phone number, product model and serial numbers and your dates of purchase, credit card and/or debit card information and your comments. RabbitAir™ business unit or the appropriate RabbitAir™ subsidiary or affiliate company that is equipped to handle your order, inquiry or feedback may have access to the personally identifiable information in order to accomplish their duties, but they are forbidden from using it for any other purpose than the task at hand.
• Personally identifiable information is collected by means of warranty form, registration form, trade show information, e-mail and voluntary online surveys. This information is also collected to personalize and customize your experience on the site.
• Personally identifiable information is gathered as part of any entry for a promotion. If you choose to participate in one of our promotions, you will be required to submit certain personal information and we will also ask for certain additional information, which is optional and is not required to enter the promotion. We will use the required personal information you submit to us for promotion administration purposes.
• Personally identifiable information is collected only when Site visitors voluntarily provide it. It is not necessary to provide any personally identifiable information in order to simply browse the Site.

How We Use Information

We use the Information you provide about yourself when placing an order or registering for warranty or out of warranty service to complete that order or service registration and to provide you with information about other RabbitAir™ products and promotions that may be of interest to you. Your Information may be shared with our employees, independent contractors, agents or other related and unrelated RabbitAir™ entities and/or business partners acting on our behalf to fulfill and/or ship an order, an award or rebate; conduct surveys; collect payments or to provide a product or service you have requested. We do not share this information with non-RabbitAir™ companies except to the extent necessary to complete your transaction and, when we do share it; it is subject to their agreement to treat it as confidential business information and with the understanding that it may not be used for any purpose other than to perform their function.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive as well as to provide you with product and service updates, special promotions and offers.

We release information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with law, to enforce or apply our policies and other agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Rabbit Air, Site users or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

These terms are non-negotiable and placing an order means the buyer agrees with all of our terms and conditions, privacy policy and will abide by them.
