The awards are categorized into two tiers: Gold and Platinum. Gold recognition is reserved for businesses that have attained remarkable customer satisfaction scores throughout the preceding calendar year, while Platinum distinction is reserved for the pinnacle of retailers who have achieved the highest percentile scores across the network.
The winners are selected by evaluating eight Key Performance Indicators that encompass the entire buyer's journey, spanning from the point of sale to post-fulfillment. Notably, the scores for each brand are computed using feedback provided by verified buyers. Essentially, the Circle of Excellence is an award given to a business by its own customers!
