Our Response to COVID-19
Serving our customers
We know that it is important that we continue to serve customers and the community during this time; we want to make sure that people have access to air purifiers and filters when they need them. Due to the situation with COVID-19, we've recently seen an increase in demand for our products. In the short term, this is having an impact on how we serve our customers. You might notice that we are currently low on inventory for some models. In addition, some of our delivery promises are longer than usual. We are working hard to ensure the availability of all of our products, and to bring on the additional capacity to manufacture all of our products.
The majority of our products are delivered by UPS. According to the latest update on UPS.com, if a UPS employee experiences symptoms such as fever or respiratory infection, they are required to seek medical treatment immediately. The WHO and CDC have stated that the likelihood of the COVID-19 virus contaminating cardboard or other shipping containers is low. If there is a concern, disinfecting the shipment or using protective apparel when unwrapping the container will reduce the risk of exposure. Please click here for UPS's official response to COVID-19.
Caring for our team members
With respect to ongoing COVID-19 developments, we now recommend that all team members who work in a role that can be done from home do so until further notice. Team members whose work requires office presence have access to all of their usual paid and unpaid time-off benefits.
